At DTLR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you can return your unworn items within 30 days of the delivery date for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process and select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and footwear is placed inside its original shoe box.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, please allow 7-10 business days for processing.
